New York has no fixed list of qualifying conditions — a certified healthcare provider may certify a patient when the provider determines that medical cannabis may be clinically appropriate. Where you can use your certification
Once certified, you're automatically registered with the New York Medical Cannabis Program. There's no physical card — your registry ID is accepted at any licensed New York dispensary, including those in Brooklyn and the rest of NYC.
Certification terms
